Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, funds withheld pending investigation, and, if found guilty, permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

nft88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or other dishonest conduct.
• An account closure request initiated by the user.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authority.

Users may also request to close their own account or apply for self-exclusion at any time by contacting our customer support. Once an account is closed at the user's request, all valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after all wagering requirements have been met.

nft88 is not responsible for any losses arising from the following situations:

• Service disruptions due to factors beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Equipment, software, or internet connection failures on the user's end.
